At Portland’s White Owl Social Club, join the Bicycle Transportation Alliance for their monthly Women Bike Happy Hour. Official happy hour runs until 6pm and includes $1 off draft beers & well cocktails and specials on select foods. Join Portland’s Friends of Trees at the Sunnyside Centenary United Methodist Church to volunteer as a tree planter by bike. Hot coffee, breakfast treats and potluck lunch provided, as well as gloves and tools. Dress for the weather & activity and wear sturdy shoes. Bike trailers and cargo bikes helpful. - Ravenna III – DIY Cyclocross Race, 4pm
Race in an unsanctioned cyclocross race in Seattle’s Ravenna Park. - Film: “A Sunday in Hell,” 5pm
At Portland’s Bike Farm, watch “A Sunday in Hell, a documentary and dramatic narration of the 1975 Paris-Roubaix race, possibly the most demanding of Europe’s classic races.
