At Portland’s Bike Farm, watch “Les Triplettes de Belleville.” A French animation tells the story of an aging Mme Souza who heads off with dog Bruno in search of her cycling son who has been kidnapped from the Tour de France by French gangsters. Surreal melancholic mayhem ensues.
